BOARD COACHING
Through the diverse and highly experienced set of leaders in The Board Curators, Daphne and the team provide senior executive level coaching for those leaders who desire to learn and demonstrate the actions, knowledge & mindset required to serve as a board member on 'for profit' boards. The Board Curators provides the senior leader to choose from any of the 3 coaching service as follows:

The senior leader, at their own rate and their own pace will be provided 4 web based training modules, provided by The Teachable (TM) platform. Each module the student goes through will consist of board readiness information done in a presentation format, with video, voice overs and resource reference.

1) The leader's coach is known as their "Concierge" and for approximately 6 months, will engage with the senior leader(in person, or virtually) to dynamically teach them about the stages of board readiness--from understanding boards through the final stages of interview prep, and being ready for 'day 1'. Concierge will conduct mock interviews, review skills matrix, identify if the leader needs to refresh their bio and more. Each Concierge is trained and given The Board Curators Concierge Playbook to ensure quality, consistency, while allowing the Concierge to use their wisdom, experience & savvy to meet the senior leader where they are in their board journey.
2) In addition to the Concierge relationship, the leader is given free access to The Board Curators Online -- where they can review the course at their own rate and their own pace pre/post meeting with the concierge, enabling them to get preliminary understanding to ask deeper questions of the concierge.
